    Travel booking is always a complimentary service for our clients.

    • Just like all travel booking platforms that receive commissions from their suppliers, we, as well, at no additional cost to you.

    • *If you would like us to curate a hotel recommendation list at each destination, we charge a USD 50 hotel recommendation curation fee. We will present a shortlist hotel options that fit your needs the most.

    • We do not make any reservations for points redemption bookings or Airbnb.

    Our trip inspiration research service fee starts from USD 50 per day of travel for any group size.

    Special Notes:

    • This semi-DIY service is meant to save you time from crawling the internet and help you narrow down only the top options based on your preference. You then will piece the final itinerary together for your trip.

    • Before the beginning of service, a contract must be executed, and a deposit will be collected.

  • The Laylow - Our Signature Trip Planning Service

    Perfect For: Travelers who want everything taken care of for their trip - From day-to-day trip design to all bookings. You can be as involved as you want in the trip-planning process or as hands-off.

    • 1 Complimentary Consultation Call & 1 Pre-Trip Get Ready Call (30min each)

    • A personalized day-by-day itinerary with complete trip details and recommendations

    • All arranged activities are booked for you

    Pricing:

    Our trip planning service fee starts from USD 80 per day of travel for a couple.

    Special Notes:

    • The planning fee may vary depending on the size of your group and the complexity of your trip.

    • Before the beginning of service, a contract must be executed, and a deposit will be collected.

    Perfect for: Event or group organizers looking for a trusted logistics partner to execute their group travel so they can focus on the program content. We specialized in enterprise and corporate incentive trips, yoga retreats, etc.

    Service Includes:

    • Designated 1:1 calls based on the group trip needs

    • Group housing RFP, contract negotiation, and group room block management

    • All group travel arrangement services will be customized and discussed on a group-by-group basis

  • On average, people spend about 30 - 50 hours planning a trip. And just like any professional service (think wedding planner, event planner, interior designer), we use our travel expertise to help you navigate the world safely. We charge a planning fee because we dedicated our time and resources to help curate a trip exclusively for you.

  • We book all travel products on the ground, from hotels, vacation villas, all-inclusive, private yachts, private jets, cruises, tours, ground transportation, and travel insurance.

  • You will need to process the booking independently if you want to redeem points for any part of your travel. Travel Advisors are not allowed to process points redemption bookings on behalf of our clients.

    Our clients often prefer to redeem points on their flights for the best value and leave the rest of the ground travel booking through us.

  • This depends on where you are traveling. For longer trips and further destinations, we would recommend at least 4 - 6 months of planning before your departure date. This gives us ample time to find the best available options.
