All group travel arrangement services will be customized and discussed on a group-by-group basis

Pricing: The pricing of the group trip planning package will be customized and subject to the scope of work.

Once the scope of work has been determined, a contract will be executed before the beginning of service. A deposit will also be collected.

We book all travel products from hotels, vacation rental villas, all-inclusive resorts, private yachts, private jets, cruises, tours & excursions, ground transportation, and even travel insurance.

You will need to process the booking independently if you want to redeem points for any parts of your travel. We are not allowed to process points redemption bookings on behalf of our clients.
Our clients often prefer to redeem points on their flights for the best value and leave the rest of the ground travel booking through us.

This depends on when and where you are traveling! We recommend at least 4 - 6 months of planning before your departure date for longer trips and further destinations. This also gives us ample time to find the best available options.
